Helping financially unstable women, single mothers and disabled women to earn their livelihood in some or the other form. Helping them in opening small scale business , also providing sewing machines and technical guidance.
An estimated 121 million girls and women in the country use an average of eight disposable (non-compostable) sanitary pads a month, a study by the Menstrual Health Alliance India has found.
